      The company's chief engineer Li Changhong introduced that the innovation of this technology is that the immobilized cell catalysis method is changed to non-immobilized cell catalysis, and the mycelium that catalyzes the reaction of acrylonitrile with water is directly extracted from the fermentation broth through the hollow fiber microfiltration membrane. The mycelium directly catalyzes the hydration reaction of acrylonitrile and water, which shortens the reaction time by nearly half, doubles the number of hydration reactions, increases the conversion rate of acrylonitrile from 98% to 99.5%, and increases the concentration of acrylamide water agent from 25% To 35%. This method greatly reduces pollutant emissions while reducing energy consumption.

      At present, Changjiu Agriculture has formed a production capacity of 65,000 tons per year, and plans to invest additional funds to reach an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons by 2012, becoming a large acrylamide production enterprise in Asia and the world.

      At present, the technology of microbial method acrylamide is only mastered by China and Japan, and has industrial production facilities, and the production scale of bio-method acrylamide crystals is growing very fast in China.

      Microbial method is the third generation of acrylamide production technology, which has the characteristics of high selectivity, high activity and high efficiency. The reaction of acrylonitrile and water is complete without impurities such as by-products, inorganic salts and residual copper ions. The product is more suitable for the production of high molecular weight, low residue polyacrylamide. The microbiological process can be carried out at normal temperature and pressure, and has the advantage of less "three wastes". At the same time, the investment is half less than the chemical method, which consumes less energy and lower production costs.

      Acrylamide is an important fine organic chemical raw material. Polyacrylamide synthesized from it as a monomer is used as oil displacing agent, filter aid, thickener, flocculant, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, papermaking, mining, water treatment In other fields, it is known as "Baiye Auxiliary". my country's microbial acrylamide production technology research began in the 1990s and was included in the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" national key scientific and technological research plan, at the end of the 20th century by the Shanghai Bioengineering Research Center to achieve a breakthrough.
